At Roman Bank Nurseries, we ship our flower bulbs directly from our packing facilities in West Norfolk, UK. We take great care in selecting, packing and preparing every order, so your bulbs arrive in excellent condition and ready for planting. We aim to keep our shipping and handling charges as simple and transparent as possible. Once your order has been despatched from Roman Bank Nurseries, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information, where available, so you can follow your order’s journey to you.

Orders valued under £500 are shipped with Royal Mail on Royal Mail Tracked 48®. Orders valued over £500 are shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery®. Once your order has been despatched from Roman Bank Nurseries, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information, where available, so you can follow your order’s journey to you.

SHIPPING SCHEDULES
Bulbs are sent out at different times throughout the year, depending on the variety and its natural planting season. Please refer to the delivery information provided for each product for the expected dispatch period. Orders placed within the stated delivery window will usually be dispatched within 3–5 working days.

Factors such as seasonal weather can affect when individual varieties are ready, and we may therefore need to adjust despatch times accordingly. Our priority is to send your bulbs when conditions are right, rather than rushing them before they are ready. This helps ensure you receive healthy, high-quality bulbs at the ideal time for planting.
